'HumbleOrbitLabs started with a single vision: delivering original Neapolitan pizza to Bologna. Established by the Moretti lineage in 1985, our modest pizzeria was originally a family venture, preserving recipes passed through generations.

Tony Moretti, our pioneer, acquired the art of pizza creation while exploring Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples, where pizza was conceived. After her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchanting tastes of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to classic techniques and selecting top-notch ingredients.

Our journey began in a quaint pizzeria seating just 12, evolving into a cherished local favorite. Although we've grown, our dedication to top-quality and genuine practices remains intact. We continue to employ wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the finest ingredients available.

Presently, 'HumbleOrbitLabs is still under the guardianship of the Moretti family, with the second generation at the helm of our dedicated team. While we've adopted new technologies, the essence of our trade hasn't changed: serving delectable, authentic pizza that unites people.
